Carrying

 

Products packed by wooden box need to be carried to designated place by using forklift or other haulage equipments. When being swung, the ropes should be hanged on the sleepers’ outboard of the boxes and the boxes should be in horizontal position (please refer to the following figure). At the same time, the carrying capacity of haulage should meet requirements of actual carry weight. 

 

 

Unpacking. After unpacking, products, parts and appearance should be checked according to packing list. If there is any problem, please contact with us immediately.

 

Lifting. The coupling has a lifting hole on the outer end surface of liner. It should be noticed that, when lifting the T50 grid coupling of with the connecting shaft, one should put the soft lifting belt on the spindle parts of products for more convenient operation.

 

Storage 

 

Coupling should be stored in place where is clean, dry and well ventilated, in case of solarization and rain.

 

The validity of oil seal is six months after products leaving factory. If the product requires long-term storage, the product should be checked periodically and effective protective measures are necessary.
